3. Researches, Teaching and Visits Abroad:
       May-July  1995 in Canada, supported by Canadian Federal Government with the Faculty Research Award, attended the International Canadianist Conference in Victoria and visited several research institutions, for instances, Economic Council of Canada,  and University of Ottawa.        
       
May-Aug.2000 in Germany,  supported by EU-China Higher Education Cooperation Programme,  In Germany, I exchange of views with host Prof. J. Eekhoff , Dept. of Economics,University of Cologne and visited the European Union,Bruxelles.
